The annual District 1 festival will be held at Northeast arena, 1306 Central Ave. NE, Minneapolis. The festival will begin on February 21st with a Squirt and Pee Wee  play-in game. Then resume on Saturday morning, with the Pee Wees starting the day. The festival will end Sunday afternoon.
